Choose one of our coordination packages or combine with your styling package. Our packages start from 3 hours of event coordination right through to full on the day coordination and event management for the most lavish affair.
Short Day Wedding Coordination
$ 590
This package is perfect for the organised couple who just needs an extra set of hands on the day to execute their plans perfectly. You may be having an outdoor ceremony and you are looking for some help with setting up the ceremony area along with your personal décor touches, or you may need help with decorating your reception. You have three hours of our time on the day of your wedding to put our skills to whatever you need.
Includes: 3 service hours on the day, unlimited email and phone correspondence and 1 event manager.

Half Day Coordination

If you feel like you are not quite the organised person that you should be, but do not really require a helping hand for the entire day, then this package might be for you. With a little more coverage than the short-day package. This package usually allows us enough time to set up your ceremony and reception space. We’ll also include prep time with you to meet and discuss your plans for the day, helping you address any last-minute anxieties.
Includes: 5 service hours on the day, 1 preparation meeting, unlimited email and phone correspondence and 1 event manager.

Full Day Coordination

For larger bespoke weddings, or an affair where you have booked more vendors than you can keep track of, then it is likely to be more work than you need to be dealing with on your wedding day. More comprehensive than the half-day package, expect more preparation meetings prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We will work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet and circulate to your vendors.
Includes: 8 service hours on the day, 3 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, unlimited email and phone correspondence and 1 event manager.

Indulgence Coordination

Perhaps you feel like you need our help sooner rather than later with your event to get you on track with booking your vendors. You may have a pretty good idea of what your wedding looks like in your mind, but as the wedding date approaches, you are just not sure if you have covered it all or you do not have time to figure it out. Expect us to start working on your event at least two months prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We will work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet and circulate to your vendors. We will also come along and inspect the ceremony and reception venues with you to confirm final details for set up.
Includes: 10 service hours on the day, 5 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, 1 site visit to the ceremony and reception venue, unlimited email and phone correspondence and 1 event manager.

Dismantle and Pack Down Service from
$ 590
It is all very exciting planning the set up and décor of your reception venue. One of the last things on your mind may be what happens after the reception is over. Quite often venues will either have a same day or next day bump out rule in place. This means having to find a friend or relative who is able to pack up your décor on your behalf. If this is all too much detail for you to handle, then allow us to help. We are able to come along and pack down your reception for you following your event or the next day. We will also deliver the equipment to your door, so you do not have to worry about it.
Includes: same day or next day pack down (depending on venue), delivery to an address within Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast areas. Price will vary depending on the size and scope of your wedding.
